In this project we have to build circuits which will help to identify bipolar junction transistors (BJT). If the transistor is PNP or NPN, it’s good or bad, its collector current and base current and the voltage across collector-emitter. If the green LED glows in the circuit, it is PNP BJT and red LED glows for NPN BJT. If none of the LED glows it is a bad transistor.
In Circuit 2, the DPDT switch first shows NPN and other shows PNP. The dial will display value of VCE when probes are connected across collector and emitter we have used or voltage measurement and current measurement.
